Meet the people building FOMO
Co-founder
Jay is one of the three FOMO's co-founders. He is also the Founder of the famous Web3 clothing company @nonfungiblwear. Jay has been in the crypto space since the fun times of 2017. He bought Solana at $12 before the run to ATH. He also heads up the FOMO office in Porto, Portugal.
Co-founder
George is a FOMO Co-Founder and has been in crypto since 2021. He was an original founding member of Superteam UK, & also joined Superteam UAE in Dubai. More recently he Co-Founded the 1st Web3 wellness program in Bali called Flow. He is an early supporter and investor in BONK, and previously served in the British Military.
Co-founder
Jon has been part of the crypto space since 2017. In 2020, he launched spendingcrypto.com, a Web3 resource directory, aimed at helping investors & founders find valuable resources. Jon is also the founder of webthree.ae, launching soon.
Writer in Chief
Jeff Opdyke is a Wall Street veteran with 30+ years trading and analyzing global markets. He spent 17 years at The Wall Street Journal, where he was part of two teams nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. His crypto career started in 2017 building ETH mining rigs. He’s now a well-known writer in the Solana space.
Head of Content
David ventured into the crypto space in September 2023, seamlessly blending his Web2 expertise with the dynamic world of Web3. As a skilled photographer and videographer, he quickly made his mark in this innovative ecosystem, spearheading FOMO's Media and Socials departments with creativity and precision.
Business Development
Crypto Bae started her crypto journey in 2018 and went full-time crypto after attending her first Hacker House in Barcelona in 2022. In her past web2 life, she was a journalist and a marketer, more or less the same as now. In web3, she's worked pretty much everywhere, from Cointelegraph to Texture (NFTFi pivoted to P2P token lending) to Ackee Blockchain (smart contract auditors).
